Still at it...

I'm still committed to fasting and praying, but honestly I am having a very hard time. In my family we are desperate to experience a breakthrough in just about every single area. Today, the breakthrough just doesn't seem like its coming soon enough. However, it is encouraging to see that so many others have already begun to experience and see breakthroughs in their lives. God Bless

  1. Hey, I want you to know that when I read this yesterday I made a commitment to uphold you and your family in prayer until the day your breakthrough comes... and I believe in my heart is coming. Between now and then know that there are people who love you, value you, and believe in you. Here is a quick reminder from scripture about God's promise for those who endure:
Col 1:9 Be assured that from the first day we heard of you, we haven't stopped praying for you, asking God to give you wise minds and spirits attuned to his will, and so acquire a thorough understanding of the ways in which God works. We pray that you'll live well for the Master, making him proud of you as you work hard in his orchard. As you learn more and more how God works, you will learn how to do your work. We pray that you'll have the strength to stick it out over the long haul—not the grim strength of gritting your teeth but the glory-strength God gives. It is strength that endures the unendurable and spills over into joy, thanking the Father who makes us strong enough to take part in everything bright and beautiful that he has for us.

  2. If I could share briefly in hopes of encouraging you, I would tell you that I have learned in business, as well as in life, that most people quit right before they win. The key to most success is just never quitting and sooner or later, you will win! Your family is in our prayers, your victory is coming- all you have to do is keep running the race. Don't look at the wind and the waves, walk on the water- Jesus has you. Trials and tribulations- adversity is awesome because it is always the predecessor to going to another level. They are our best friend because we can't grow without them. Good ole James 1:2-4 always helps me, reminding me that it is the TESTING of my faith that produces patience and to let patience have its perfect work that I may be perfect and complete, LACKING NOTHING! His yoke is easy and His burden is light, He will never give you more than you can bare- Thats His Word, so He is already telling you that it is a sure WIN! How awesome is it to know that the race you are running is already a guaranteed win! All you gotta do is finish.
